INTRODUCING STABLEGUIDE: YOUR MAP TO THE $25T STABLECOIN UNIVERSE
Plus: Season 2 finale episodes with BRLA Digital and Eco, ETH Denver highlights, and what's next for stableminded in 2025

BUSY WEEK IN THE STABLECOIN WORLD
What a week it's been! We just returned from ETH Denver where we hosted Stable House, welcoming over 300 stablecoin enthusiasts and builders throughout the day. The energy was incredible, and it was fantastic to finally meet so many of you in real life.
Reflecting on our Stable House event yesterday with @Persona_IDV, @CoinflowLabs,@portal_hq, and @FinanceTrace at @EthereumDenver 2025.
Here are my key takeaways after spending 8 hours with builders in the stablecoin space:

While at ETH Denver, we recorded more than 15 episodes of Stable Spotlights. These are 8-12 minute interview series with founders building across the stablecoin ecosystem. The main takeaway? Despite recent price volatility in the broader crypto market, sentiment in the stablecoin sector remains overwhelmingly positive.
During our many conversations at ETH Denver, one theme kept recurring: the need for better resources to navigate the stablecoin ecosystem. We were overwhelmed by the positive response to our content, but also received consistent feedback about what people want more of: educational videos, comprehensive research, and better tools to discover and evaluate projects in the space. Founders, investors, and enthusiasts alike shared their frustration with the scattered nature of information in the stablecoin world.
The timing couldn't be better, because we're excited to announce in this newsletter the launch of Stableguide – a project we've been quietly building for months. We'll also celebrate the conclusion of Season 2 with our final two episodes featuring BRLA Digital and Eco, and share what's coming next for stableminded in 2025.
INTRODUCING STABLEGUIDE
Throughout our journey producing stableminded, we've encountered a consistent challenge: when researching the stablecoin ecosystem, information is scattered across countless sources with no central, reliable reference point. The resources that do exist have not been easy to navigate either.
This discovery problem isn't just ours – it's affecting industry professionals, builders, and curious newcomers alike. With stablecoins now processing over $25 trillion annually, the need for a dedicated resource has never been greater.
That's why we're excited to announce Stableguide: a comprehensive, searchable database of the stablecoin ecosystem.
What is Stableguide?
Stableguide is your navigator for the rapidly expanding landscape of stablecoin innovation. We're building the go-to resource for discovering industry pioneers and exploring the projects shaping the future of money movement.
Stableguide will launch with 50 companies next week for a beta run, but we are quickly growing the directory of stablecoin-focused companies to over 200+ – organized and curated specifically for builders, investors, and enthusiasts. This isn’t a one and done list either, we will be updating this weekly as the space grows.
Say goodbye to logo-jammed market maps, outdated spreadsheets, and Excalidraw doodles.
Stableguide will provide:
Comprehensive project profiles
Intuitive search and filtering
Regular updates on ecosystem developments
Insights from industry experts
Clear categorization by use case and geography
Need a good onramp in LatAm? Looking for a new job in the stablecoin sector? Curious about the best wallet API for your app? Want to research top teams across key verticals?
Stableguide has you covered.

SEASON 2 FINALE:
A WORLDVIEW OF STABLECOINS
To commemorate the end of Season 2, we thought it only fitting to launch two episodes simultaneously. These final conversations perfectly capture our mission of exploring stablecoin innovation around the world.
Throughout this season, we've had the privilege of hosting discussions with builders and visionaries from across the globe – from Brazil's banking infrastructure to Africa's mobile payments revolution. These conversations have revealed how stablecoins are solving real problems in dramatically different contexts while highlighting the common threads that unite this movement.
MEET OUR FINAL GUESTS
Leandro Noel | BRLA Digital
Leandro and his team have built Brazil's leading BRL-backed stablecoin, creating a bridge between Brazil's advanced domestic payment system (PIX) and the global crypto ecosystem.
What stood out in our conversation:
How BRLA transformed cross-border payments from a "3-day, 200 email" ordeal into instant settlements
The surprising contrast between Brazilian and Argentinian currency relationships
Brazil's central bank's forward-thinking approach to crypto regulation
BRLA's journey from serving crypto-native users to becoming infrastructure for payment service providers
As Leandro shared: "We saw this 1000X experience using stablecoins compared to traditional FX – both the bureaucracy, the costs, times we got the money stopped in some intermediary bank... In the blockchain, you can see everything going in almost real time."
Ryne Saxe | Eco
Ryne brings a unique perspective as a founder who's been in the stablecoin space since 2018, witnessing its evolution firsthand while pivoting through several business models.
Key insights from our conversation:
Eco's journey from a consumer app offering USDC yield to a non-custodial liquidity network
The banking challenges that forced them to wind down their flagship product in 2023
Their new focus on building interoperable stablecoin infrastructure for app chains and games
Why the "one-click stable send" is the interface that will bring the next wave of users onchain
Ryne's vision: "One click stable send, anywhere on chain. On the other side, you can hook it into a thing, a swap, a game payment... But it can always start as a one click stable send. That is the user experience that I want to standardize."

SEASON 2 REFLECTIONS
What have we learned through these global conversations? A few key themes emerged:
Local Context Matters: From Brazil's preference for BRL-denominated products to Africa's embrace of mobile money, stablecoin solutions must adapt to local financial cultures.
Infrastructure Comes First: The most successful stablecoin implementations focus on building robust infrastructure first, then abstracting complexity for users.
Education Remains Critical: Many regions still face significant knowledge gaps about stablecoins and their practical applications.
Regulation Is Evolving: Forward-thinking regulators are beginning to create frameworks that allow innovation while protecting consumers.
As Drew reflected in our finale: "We're witnessing not just technological innovation, but cultural transformation in how money moves. Each region brings unique challenges and opportunities, but the trajectory is clear – stablecoins are becoming essential infrastructure for the future of global finance."
WHAT'S NEXT FOR STABLEMINDED
Season 3 is right around the corner – and we mean right around the corner. We're almost done with production on exciting new episodes with a fresh format that builds on everything we've learned through two successful seasons.
We're also planning our event calendar for the year ahead. The main event on our radar is StableCon in May in New York, where we hope to connect with many of you in person. We're brainstorming additional curated experiences specifically for stablecoin founders throughout the year – stay tuned for announcements.
Beyond the podcast, we're expanding our content offerings with:
Continued development of Stableguide as the definitive resource for the ecosystem
In-depth research reports on key stablecoin trends and markets
More educational content for newcomers to the space
Stableguide going live
